Built-in help

Provide the HA memory used in current device.
The detailed HA memory used in a component will be shown
if the component name or ID is specified. Use "*" to show
all detailed HA memory information used in current device.
Suspends all access to HA file. Use 'all units' to take a snapshot of the system.
