Check health of device.

HealthCHecK [CheckMode=<check-mode>]

Built-in help

Check the current state of device i.e.
    - All traffic has cleared out cleanly from datapath.
    - No fatal interrupts set.
    - Any credits/pointers used are returned properly.
    - Could be run before starting any new traffic in the system.
    - CheckMode:
        TRAFFIC_STOP run health check when traffic is stopped(default)
        TRAFFIC_RUN run health check when traffic is running
    - Skip_sid:
        PT name to skip the entire Physical Table(PT) from healthcheck.
        PT.field to skip only the particular field in the table.
        PT1.F1, PT2.F2,PT3,.. to skip multiple physical Table and fields.
