load it. An optional application image which can be
authorized by the license file can be specified after the
license file with optional application arguments to follow.
clean - Remove all license files from the device database.
apply - If no license file is specified, license file(s) in
the device database will be loaded into the switch.
If a license file is specified, then this file will
be added to the device database first.
status - Show status of the HLA sub-system.
run - Run the application again from the previously loaded license
file. Optional 32-bit application arguments can be specified.

Note that retrieving application results could cause a state
change in the HLA sub-system.

the HLA sub-system in case an out-of-sync condition is
observed.
