Per Port/Per Queue counter utility

Usages:
    Per Port/Per Queue Counters
perq [options] where options are:
  attach portbitmap=<port_list>: Attach ports to counter list
  show portbitmap=<port_list>: Show current per port/per queue statistics
  clear portbitmap=<port_list>: Clear counters
  rate Interval=<secs> portbitmap=<port_list>: Show counter rates
  detach portbitmap=<port_list>: Detach all ports from counters,
      if all ports are detached, the counters will be destroyed automatically
