This command belongs to the shell mode for newer (logical-table) switch chips and is not available on Trident 3.

Set/Get TOD

Built-in help

Usages:
      tod update start format=<format> stage=<stage> secs=<seconds> nsecs=<nanosecond>
         - Start tod update. For devices without tod auto_update feature, this comand
           starts a thread which updates the TOD every 1 second. The purpose of this
           command is not to get accurate timestamping, but to ensure features like IFA
           which rely on packet timestamping can get some non-zero value in the timestamp
           field.
         - eg: tod update start format=NTP secs=10 nsecs=100
      tod update stop
         - Stop TOD update
      tod get
         - Get the current TOD
