Initialize SOC and S/W

Built-in help

Parameters: [soc|bcm]
    Performs various initializations (default is soc):
      soc - resets the device
      bcm - initializes BCM driver
Additional selective initialization (components of 'init bcm'):
    port, l2, vlan, trunk, cosq, multicast, linkscan, stat, filter, diffserv
    mirror, packet, l3, stack, ipmc, stg, mbcm, stp, tx, auth.
