Set BIST operation timeout in microseconds

BTiMeout

Shortest form: btm.

Show or set how long a bist run may take before it times out. Without an argument it prints BIST timeout is <n> msec; with a number it sets the timeout. The built-in help says milliseconds and the short description says microseconds. The value is used as given; the message calls it msec. Affects only the next BIST run.
