Turn on/off register snooping

RegWatch

Shortest form: rw.

Log every SDK read or write of a register. The log goes to the TESTS debug source, so enable it with debug soc TESTS info (the command reminds you). While syncd is running this can produce a lot of output. It does not change the hardware.

Grammar:

regwatch <REGISTER | *> <read | write | off>
regwatch delta <on | off>

The built-in help shows [Reg=<Reg>] [write] [read] [off]; the shell actually takes the register name itself as the first word, followed by exactly one of read, write or off. * watches all registers. regwatch delta on|off switches a delta mode that the help does not mention.
