Communication with PD63000 PowerOverEthernet MCU.

Shortest form: xp.

Talk to a PD63000 Power-over-Ethernet controller on an I2C bus managed by the SDK (device poe0). This is for Broadcom reference boards; a Trident 3 SONiC switch has no such controller, and the command prints cannot open I2C device poe0.

Sub-command words ignore case but cannot be abbreviated. * selects all ports in port and measure; ports are channel numbers 0–23.

Safety: ver, status, port, measure, power status and read only query the controller; power <value> and raw can change PoE settings; debug and verbose only change the shell’s output.

XPoe read

Read one packet from the MCU and dump it (Rx from PD63000). Read-only.
