Probe for available SOC units

PROBE

Search for switch devices, then print probe: found <n> unit(s) and set the shell variable units. Takes no arguments.

The devices of a running switch were probed and attached when syncd started. Probing again runs device discovery once more underneath syncd, and its effect on the running switch is unknown. Avoid it on a production switch.
