Convert hex words to higig2 info

H2HIGIG2

Decode up to four 32-bit words as a HiGig2 module header and print its fields. An optional fifth word is decoded as the HiGig2 extension header and printed as 0x<word> <EHT=<n> …>. For extension type 0 the line also shows TM, SEG_SEL, TAG_TYPE and QTAG. Give the words in hex with a 0x prefix. This is a pure decoder and does not access the switch.
