Place SOC MMU in debug mode

Show or change the MMU debug mode, which must be on before the CBP memories can be accessed.

With no argument it prints MMU debug mode is on or MMU debug mode is off; this is read-only. on and off (whole words, any case) print Entering debug mode ... or Leaving debug mode ... and switch the MMU into or out of debug mode, which changes MMU state. Any other word prints the usage.
