IPROCWrite

Write to IPROC Area

IPROCWrite

Shortest form: iprocw.

Write 32-bit words to the iProc address space, from the command line or from a file.

Warning

A write to the wrong iProc address can hang the ASIC’s ARM subsystem or its PCIe interface, which takes syncd down.

Grammar:

iprocwrite [ChangeEndian=0|1] <address> { <word> ... | <file> }

Words are written to consecutive addresses. If the first data word is not a number it is taken as a file name, and the file is written as raw binary words, although the built-in help calls it <file.hex>. CoresGroup is handled as in IPROCRead.

Unvalidated

drivshell> iprocwrite <address> <word0> <word1>
