Echo

Echo command line

Echo

Shortest form: e.

Print the arguments, separated by single spaces, followed by a newline. A first argument of exactly -n leaves out the newline. Quotes and variables are processed before echo sees the words. Blanks inside quotes are therefore kept, and blanks between words collapse to one. Read-only.

Hardware-validated

drivshell> echo -n "port list: " ce0 ce1
port list: ce0 ce1drivshell>

Built-in help

Parameters: [-n] <Any text>
Echo whatever follows on command line, followed by a newline.
The newline may be suppressed by using the -n option.
