Run external-memory tuning on all interfaces and print a summary (Running external memory tuning on all interfaces. Test count = <n>.). Options: TestCount=<n>, InstallConfig=<bool>, PhaseSelOvrd=<bool>. External-memory tuning for Triumph-family chips with external SRAM/TCAM interfaces. A Trident 3 has no such interface; on it the command has nothing to tune and is expected to fail. Do not use on a production switch: on chips that have the interface it rewrites its timing.
